Save my placeQualify as a personal trainer and learn to build an online business alongside it. Your income stops depending on your postcode.

This is the Level 2 and 3 Personal Training Diploma with our online coaching programme alongside it.
The Diploma qualifies you. The online coaching side is about the part nobody teaches: how to coach somebody you are not standing next to, how to structure a remote package, and how to find clients who are not within driving distance of you. It is the difference between an income capped by the hours you can stand in a room and one that is not.
That is the arithmetic nobody mentions when you qualify. There are only so many hours somebody will pay for at six in the morning and seven at night, and once those are full the only way up is to charge more or move.
Coaching online is not easier. It is a different skill, and it is the one that removes the ceiling.
Anatomy, physiology, programme design, nutrition and coaching skills, plus how to find clients, sell, set up your systems and deliver coaching online.
You finish withFocus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, plus a Create certificate in online coaching
On completion, you'll achieve a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, mapped to the CIMSPA professional standard and accredited by Focus Awards under an OFQUAL-regulated curriculum. This is the qualification employers and insurers recognise, and it prepares you to work as a personal trainer in gyms, studios or independently. The Online Coaching course is a self-contained business programme that sits alongside your qualification, giving you the practical knowledge to coach clients online.
No prior qualifications are required. If you already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, this course still builds on what you know and takes you further. It's designed for anyone who wants to coach in person and online, whether you're starting out or already working in the industry.
Assessment is built into the learning. You're assessed after you've learned and applied the skills, not before. Across the diploma you'll complete programme design tasks, consultation analysis, a coaching and movement assessment, a final filmed personal training session, and a professional business portfolio. The Online Coaching course is applied through downloadable workbooks alongside each lesson, so you put the business steps into practice as you go. Your final diploma assessment brings everything together, so you can show how you'd work with a real client.
Drag the deposit and the term. Every figure updates, including the total you would pay by the end.
The only provider in the UK to offer it. Not a trial period. Not credit towards something else. Your money back.
98.8% of learners rate the course as satisfactory or better. A qualification people do not rate is not worth selling, so if the course does not do what we say it does, we should not be keeping your money.
You have 14 days from the day you enrol to change your mind, for any reason. Fully online courses keep the full 14 days. Where a course includes in-person elements and you attend one inside the 14 days, the cancellation right ends at that point.
A separate promise that applies once you have completed the course. It is not a cancellation right and it is not affected by the 14 day period. Both exist, and you do not have to choose between them.
An online course built around real lives. Study at your own pace, with support from experienced tutors and assessments mapped to professional standards. The Online Coaching course is made up of 55 video lessons, each with a downloadable workbook to help you apply what you learn.
Useful feedback, fast, so you are not waiting a fortnight to find out whether you got it right.
Ask a tutor a question and hear back the same working day, not the same week.
Resubmit for as long as you have course access, at no extra cost. Nobody is passed before they are ready.
The people marking your work are coaching clients this week, not teaching from memory.
No cohort to keep up with and no set start date. Twelve months of access from the day you enrol.
Most people study around a job, which means evenings and weekends. Somebody is there then.

Yes. The diploma is built to get you client-ready: you’ll leave with the structure, systems and approach needed to launch and run an online coaching business, including how to package and price your services, the systems to grow your business, how to generate leads and convert them to paying customers, and much more. As with any business, your results depend on how consistently you apply what you learn.
No. This diploma includes the full Level 2+3 Personal Training qualification alongside the online coaching business training, so you can start from scratch and finish qualified and ready to build your business.
Most learners complete the whole programme within 6-7 months, with the online coaching element taking around 4-6 weeks within that. It’s self-paced, so you can adjust around work and other commitments.
You can work as a personal trainer (in a gym or self-employed), build an online coaching business, or combine both into a hybrid model. The diploma is designed to give you the qualification and the business skills to do any of these, and the online coach course builds on this with online specific skills.
You get two things in one: the full Level 2+3 Personal Training Diploma plus a complete online coaching business course. This includes topics such as client acquisition, pricing, delivery tools — and comprehensive support throughout.
Yes. The Level 2+3 diploma covers coaching fundamentals, and the online coaching module focuses on how to deliver and run coaching online as a business — including tools/platforms, packaging and client communication. Together they prepare you to coach clients online and get paid for it.
Qualified for the gym floor and equipped to work beyond it, from the day you finish rather than three years in when the diary is already full.
