Qualify as a personal trainer and learn to coach women through different life stages - Menstrual cycle, pregnancy and menopause.

This is the Level 2 and 3 Personal Training Diploma plus three CPD courses covering the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and the postnatal period, and menopause.
Most of your clients will be women, and a Level 3 barely touches any of this. These three courses cover what actually changes, when, and what you do about it in a session. They are the difference between a client whose programme quietly stops working and one who understands why and stays.
She will ask whether it is safe to train in the first trimester, or why the programme that worked all year has stopped working, or whether she should be lifting at all this week. Those are ordinary questions and most trainers answer them with a guess and a change of subject.
This route means you can answer them, and keep the client who asked.
Anatomy, physiology, programme design, nutrition and coaching skills, plus how to safely support female clients through the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, the postnatal period, menopause, and their mental health.
You finish withFocus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, plus Create certificates in female coaching
On completion, you'll achieve a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, mapped to the CIMSPA professional standard and accredited by Focus Awards under an OFQUAL-regulated curriculum. This is the qualification employers and insurers recognise, and it prepares you to work as a personal trainer in gyms, studios or independently. Alongside it, you'll gain specialist certificates in four areas of female coaching: pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, the menopause, the menstrual cycle, and mental health awareness and first aid.
No prior qualifications are required. If you already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, this course still builds on what you know and takes you further. It's designed for anyone who wants to work with female clients, whether you're starting out or already in the industry and ready to specialise.
Assessment is built into the learning. You're assessed after you've learned and applied the skills, not before. Across the diploma you'll complete programme design tasks, consultation analysis, a coaching and movement assessment, a final filmed personal training session, and a professional business portfolio. The specialist courses are assessed through interactive workbooks and applied tasks that reflect real coaching situations. Your final assessment brings everything together, so you can show how you'd work with a real client.
Drag the deposit and the term. Every figure updates, including the total you would pay by the end.
The only provider in the UK to offer it. Not a trial period. Not credit towards something else. Your money back.
98.8% of learners rate the course as satisfactory or better. A qualification people do not rate is not worth selling, so if the course does not do what we say it does, we should not be keeping your money.
You have 14 days from the day you enrol to change your mind, for any reason. Fully online courses keep the full 14 days. Where a course includes in-person elements and you attend one inside the 14 days, the cancellation right ends at that point.
A separate promise that applies once you have completed the course. It is not a cancellation right and it is not affected by the 14 day period. Both exist, and you do not have to choose between them.
An online course built around real lives. Study at your own pace, with support from experienced tutors and assessments mapped to professional standards.
Useful feedback, fast, so you are not waiting a fortnight to find out whether you got it right.
Ask a tutor a question and hear back the same working day, not the same week.
Resubmit for as long as you have course access, at no extra cost. Nobody is passed before they are ready.
The people marking your work are coaching clients this week, not teaching from memory.
No cohort to keep up with and no set start date. Twelve months of access from the day you enrol.
Most people study around a job, which means evenings and weekends. Somebody is there then.
