Learn how to recognise, understand and respond to mental health challenges in a coaching environment.

Mental health is part of every client's experience. As a coach, understanding it helps you support people more effectively. This course is designed to give you a clear, practical understanding of mental health and how it shows up in everyday life. You will learn what mental health is, how it can change, and why awareness matters in a coaching setting. From there, the focus moves to action. How to recognise when someone may be struggling. How to respond appropriately. How to handle situations with care, clarity and confidence. You will also build a foundation in mental health first aid. Not to diagnose or treat, but to support, guide and respond when it matters. By the end of the course, you will feel more prepared to support clients, colleagues and those around you with confidence and responsibility. This is about understanding people, not just training them. Accreditation: Industry-recognised CPD
People tell their trainer things they have not told anybody else, usually somewhere around week six. Knowing what to say, and what is not yours to handle, is the difference between helping and making it worse.
