Save my placeQualify as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach in one route. The specialism most trainers add years later, bought at the start.

This is the Level 2 and 3 Personal Training Diploma and the Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Diploma, bought together and taught as one route.
The Level 3 gets you qualified, insured and able to take clients. The Level 4 is the specialism that opens work with people who train seriously: club and academy roles, athletes, and anybody whose goal is a number rather than a feeling. Most trainers add it two years in, having discovered that general population work is not what they enjoy. Buying it now costs less than buying it later and means you finish qualified at Level 4 rather than starting again.
Almost everybody who ends up coaching athletes starts on the general gym floor and works out within a year that it is not what they enjoy. Then they pay again, learn the same anatomy again, and spend another six months getting to where they could already have been.
If you already know that is where you are heading, buy it once.
Anatomy, physiology, programme design, nutrition and coaching skills, plus how to assess athletes, run a needs analysis, test and profile performance, and programme using periodisation and advanced training methods.
You finish withFocus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Level 4 Certificate in Strength and Conditioning
On completion, you'll achieve two qualifications: a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma and a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Diploma. Both are accredited by Focus Awards under an OFQUAL-regulated curriculum, and the Level 3 is mapped to the CIMSPA professional standard. These are the qualifications employers, insurers and performance environments recognise across the UK and beyond. Together they prepare you to work as a personal trainer and to coach athletes in studios, clubs and performance settings.
This package includes everything you need, so no prior qualifications are required. You'll complete the Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Diploma first, which gives you the foundations before you move into the Level 4 performance work. It's designed for anyone who wants to qualify as a personal trainer and specialise in strength and conditioning, whether you're new to the industry or already coaching.
Assessment is built into the learning. You're assessed through practical, applied work that reflects real coaching, after you've learned the skills, not before. Across the diploma you'll complete programme design tasks, consultation analysis, a coaching and movement assessment, a final filmed personal training session, and a professional business portfolio. At Level 4, you'll complete interactive workbooks, assignments based on real coaching tasks, a full athlete case study and 12-week programme, and filmed practical coaching submitted for feedback. Everything you complete mirrors what you'll actually do as a coach.
Drag the deposit and the term. Every figure updates, including the total you would pay by the end.
The only provider in the UK to offer it. Not a trial period. Not credit towards something else. Your money back.
98.8% of learners rate the course as satisfactory or better. A qualification people do not rate is not worth selling, so if the course does not do what we say it does, we should not be keeping your money.
You have 14 days from the day you enrol to change your mind, for any reason. Fully online courses keep the full 14 days. Where a course includes in-person elements and you attend one inside the 14 days, the cancellation right ends at that point.
A separate promise that applies once you have completed the course. It is not a cancellation right and it is not affected by the 14 day period. Both exist, and you do not have to choose between them.
An online course built around real lives. Study at your own pace, with support from experienced tutors and S&C coaches, and assessments mapped to professional standards. There are no fixed start dates or deadlines, so you can fit learning around your life.
Useful feedback, fast, so you are not waiting a fortnight to find out whether you got it right.
Ask a tutor a question and hear back the same working day, not the same week.
Resubmit for as long as you have course access, at no extra cost. Nobody is passed before they are ready.
The people marking your work are coaching clients this week, not teaching from memory.
No cohort to keep up with and no set start date. Twelve months of access from the day you enrol.
Most people study around a job, which means evenings and weekends. Somebody is there then.

You’ll be qualified to work as a personal trainer and a strength & conditioning coach — e.g. with athletes, sports teams or advanced clients.
It combines the Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Diploma with the Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Diploma, taking you from beginner to advanced. You qualify both as a personal trainer and as a strength & conditioning coach.
The course is a Level 4 Diploma, which makes it the most comprehensive, in-depth S&C course available in the UK. It is made up of 15 modules covering topics like programming for strength, power and performance, periodisation, coaching the main lifts, and monitoring/working with athletes.
Anyone who wants to become a personal trainer and specialise in strength and conditioning — for example working with athletes, sports teams or advanced clients. No prior qualification is needed as all three levels are included.
One enrolment, one route, and a regulated Level 4 on top of the Level 3 employers ask for. It opens club and academy work that a Level 3 alone does not.
