What's included

We rebuilt the PT course from scratch

Most PT qualifications haven’t really changed in over fifteen years. New standards get written, then folded into the same old units, taught in isolation with no thread connecting any of it. We took a different decision.

Traditional Level 3 Courses need to evolve

In the traditional route, Level 2 and Level 3 are separate qualifications, each taught unit by unit. Health and safety. Customer care. Gym programme. Next thing. The assumption is that once you've covered something you completely understand it. In reality, you saw it once and forgot it. That's how the industry produces trainers who can name exercises but can't build a programme for a real person.

Learner stories

From elite athletes to career changers

More than 1,000 people train with us every year, so you can be confident you’re in safe hands wherever you’re starting from.

I went from no fitness experience to fully booked at PureGym within 3 months of finishing my course.

Sophie Panayi

Create graduate · PT at PureGym

The 1:1 video feedback was unlike anything I expected from an online course. Same day, every time.

Chris Guyatt

Create graduate · PT at Virgin Active

I studied around my full-time job. No set deadlines meant I could actually finish, and I did, in 10 weeks.

Becky West

Create graduate · Self-employed PT

The Cast Iron guarantee removed any doubt. Zero risk, and the course delivered everything it promised.

Greg Devinish

Create graduate · PT at The Club Company

The Create Standard

A certificate, or a real advantage?

The accreditation is the same wherever you train. What you can actually do when you graduate is not.

Got questions?

Everything you need to know

You aren’t taught by academics. Every tutor currently works in the industry, so you get real insight in every session, every piece of feedback and every conversation.

  • How long do the courses take?

Most people complete the combined Level 2 & 3 Diploma in around 3 months. There are no fixed start dates and no deadlines, so you work at your own pace. Some learners qualify in as little as 6 weeks.

  • Is an online course as credible as in person?

Yes. Our courses are accredited by Focus Awards, YMCA Awards or Transcend, and endorsed by CIMSPA. PureGym, Virgin Active, David Lloyd and Anytime Fitness all recognise and actively hire Create graduates.

  • How much do the courses cost?

Full pricing is inside the free guide. We offer flexible 0% payment plans, so you can spread the cost from a deposit without paying extra. That works out at just £3.56 a day, and your £200 discount code is in the guide.

  • What is the Cast Iron guarantee?

Complete your course, meet the criteria, and if you can’t secure work as a fitness professional, we refund every penny. No small print and no exceptions. Full details are inside the guide.

  • What if I don't pass an assessment?

You either pass or get referred, with 1:1 video feedback showing exactly what to improve. Reassessments are unlimited and never charged. You progress when you’re ready, not when a window closes.

  • Who is this for?

Anyone with a passion for fitness and a desire to build a career. More than 1,000 people train with us every year: elite athletes, Olympians, career changers, complete beginners and people building a side income.
