I have always been passionate about fitness and performance, which led me to pursue a BSc degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Central Lancashire. During my studies, I gained invaluable experience through internships at professional rugby and football clubs, which drove me to wanting to work in sport full-time.
After graduating, I worked within professional football academies as both a Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Sport Scientist, developing young athletes’ physical performance. I then specialised in injury rehabilitation at West Ham United Academy, where I spent four years helping players return to performance. After leaving football, I worked as a Strength & Rehabilitation Coach with athletes across various sports, helping them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
I spent a lot of time specialising in lower limb injuries such as ACL and other knee joint injuries and loved the challenge of getting someone back to their sport. In 2024, I joined Create PT as a tutor, where I support learners with their studies, deliver in-person workshops, and lead the development and delivery of the Level 4 Diploma in Strength & Conditioning.
One year ago I moved to the North-East of England to start another chapter of my life where I work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at a private gym in Newcastle, where I coach and help deliver rehab to a range of clients as well as the work that I love to do with the team at Create PT.
